Dave Brown, Hilo American Youth Soccer Organization regional commissioner, was honored at the recent AYSO Expo meeting on Oahu for his years of dedicated service to the Hilo community. Brown started volunteering in AYSO in 1980, and has stayed true to AYSO’s values.
