Police have charged an 18-year-old Puna man with murder for a Saturday domestic incident in Fern Acres.
Forrest Keesler of Mountain View was charged Sunday afternoon with second-degree murder.
His bail was set at $250,000, and he remains at the Hilo police cellblock pending his initial court appearance Tuesday.
The victim has been identified as 47-year-old Jeffrey Kelly of Mountain View.
