HONOLULU (AP) — Retired bank executive Don Horner will return to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation board of directors after being reappointed by Mayor Kirk Caldwell.
Horner’s new five-year term begins next month. He has been a board member for four years and currently serves as vice chairman.
The 11-member, voluntary and unpaid HART board oversees the city’s $6 billion rail project.
