The following public libraries will be open Friday (July 3) and closed Saturday through Tuesday (July 4-6) because of their public service schedules:
• Hilo Public Library, Kailua-Kona Public Library, Thelma Parker Memorial Public and School Library.
Kealakekua Public Library will be open today and closed Friday through Sunday (July 3-5) because of its public service schedule.
