Born in Kaohe, she was a retired housekeeper at the former Kona Surf Hotel, housekeeper at the former Kona Sunset and Kona Hukilau hotels, and member of the Kaleohano-Kaupu Ohana and St. Benedict’s Catholic Church. All-night vigil at 5 p.m. Friday, July 17, at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Honaunau. Visitation 8-10 a.m. July 18 at the church. Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow in church cemetery. Casual attire; flowers welcome.
