Nelson Kiyoshi Doi, 93, of Waimea died May 16 at home. Born In Pahoa, he was a former Hawaii lieutenant governor, state senator and 3rd Circuit judge, deputy Hawaii County attorney and High Court magistrate in the Marshall Islands.
