HONOLULU (AP) — An Oahu woman has been indicted on charges stemming from the hit-and0run death of a motorcyclist on the H-1 freeway in April.
An Oahu grand jury returned an indictment of 40-year-old Chantel Andrade Tuesday. She was indicted with fleeing the scene of a fatal crash and driving without a license.
Andrade struck and killed 25-year-old Keith Jantoc April 15. She was arrested after police found a damaged SUV believed to have been involved in the crash.
Her bail has been set at $25,000.
