Concepcion Aglupos Agbigay, 88, of Hilo died June 26 at home. Born in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she was a diversified farmer, housewife and member of Annak Ti Batac Association of Hawaii and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Friday (July 24) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Wake service at 7 p.m. All-night vigil to follow at family home. Visitation again 11 a.m.-noon Saturday (July 25) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass at noon. Casual attire. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery, section K. Born in Keopu, he was owner of the former Kailua Garage, a coffee farmer, and member of Daifukuji Soto Mission, Kumamoto Kenjin Kai, Keopu Citizen’s Club, and a U.S. Army World War II veteran.
