A change in winds should bring muggy weather, volcanic fog and a higher chance of afternoon showers.
Cooling tradewinds are decreasing and light, variable winds are taking their place. The softer winds should allow sea breezes to bring muggy air and vog inland.
Tradewinds should return Thursday.
