Caithlyn Grace Simon Martinez, stillborn infant, of Pahoa died July 17 at Hilo Medical Center. Private services. Born in Hilo, she was a retired state Department of Taxation office clerk and member of Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin Shin Buddhist Temple and Komohana Kumiai.
