Twelve undergraduate students from Hawaii, including three from the Big Island, were awarded Fukunaga Scholarships for the 2015-16 academic year.

Twelve undergraduate students from Hawaii, including three from the Big Island, were awarded Fukunaga Scholarships for the 2015-16 academic year.

The scholarships, up to a maximum of $4,000 per year, are awarded to encourage Hawaii students to pursue a degree in business administration or related area.

The 2015 scholarship recipients from Hawaii Island are:

• Kira Baird, a 2015 graduate of Waiakea High School who will attend Chapman (Calif.) University.

• Momilani Delostrico, a 2015 graduate of Kamehameha Schools-Hawaii who will attend Azusa Pacific (Calif.) University.

• Emmet Enriques, a 2015 graduate of Kamehameha Schools-Hawaii who will attend California Baptist University.
