Aaron Edward Kondo, 32, of Hawi died Aug. 8. Born in Kealakekua, he was a landscaper and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Billiamic “Bill” Sibayton, 89, of Keaau died July 29 at the Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born in Pahoa, he was a retired electrician for the Hawaii Department of Transportation-Airport Division, member of the Olaa First Hawaiian Congregational Church, Korean War Veterans of Hawaii, Big Island Chapter No. 231 and a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
