Ellen Yasuko Tetsuka Shiigi, 87, of Michigan and formerly of Hilo, died May 2 in Michigan. Born in Hilo, she was retired from Hilo Medical Center and a member of Taishoji Soto Mission, Taishoji Fujinkai and Taishoji Baikako. Services held. No flowers or koden (monetary gifts).
