A project to replace window frames in both entrance station booths at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park will result in alternating lane closures for the next two weeks, according to a park statement.

The project begins today and is tentatively scheduled for completion Thursday, Sept. 3. Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians entering the park should anticipate delays at the entrance station between noon and 10:30 p.m. for the duration of the project.

The park regrets any inconvenience to visitors and residents. Dates and times are subject to change, and the public will be notified if changes are necessary.
