The University of Hawaii at Hilo’s College of Continuing Education and Community Service announces a three-day Adobe Premiere Elements workshop in Hilo that will teach students to edit like pros.
Sessions will be from 1-3 p.m. Sept. 14, 16 and 18 in the SeniorNet Lab, second floor, 891 Ululani St. Parking is free. Tuition is $75.
Adobe Premiere Elements is an affordable, yet powerful video-editing package that can deliver professional results for those who don’t require the professional level Premiere Pro.
Students completing this workshop will be able to: export and share finished video projects in a range of formats; arrange and edit video clips; add and mix audio to their video projects; import digital video to Premiere Elements from a video camera; develop Premiere Elements projects; create professional transitions, titles and effects; as well as export and share finished video projects in a range of formats.
Basic computer skills and a 4GB+ flash drive are required.
