Police are looking for a 43-year-old Hamakua man who is wanted on a bench warrant.
Dan Vanells, who also goes by the names Dan Van Ells and “Danno,” is wanted for contempt of court. He is also sought for questioning in connection with another incident.
He is described as 5-foot-10, 175 pounds with hazel eyes, blond hair and possibly a goatee. He was last known to live in Waipio Valley.
