Police are seeking a missing 55-year-old Hawi man.
Jamie Salis was last seen Sept. 17 diving in the ocean at night off Old Coast Guard Road. A search by the Coast Guard and Fire Rescue turned up no trace of Salis or his body.
He’s described as 5-foot-7, 165 pounds with brown eyes and shoulder-length balding black hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
