Eight units answered the 10:58 p.m. alarm, with the first unit arriving at the Awakua Place property at 11:05 p.m. to find the garage engulfed in flames and its roof partially collapsed.
Fire officials estimate the damage at $100,000, with $600,000 in property value saved.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
