Details: Wailoa Center and the Hawaii Island Art Alliance are inviting woodworkers on the Big Island to submit their woodwork for the 10th annual Big Island Woodworkers Invitational. BIG ISLAND UKULELE GUILD ANNUAL EXHIBIT

Details: Live music, pupu and a drawing for a free ukulele. This exhibit, which featured more than 50 handmade instruments last year, also features other invitational pieces from woodworkers around the island. Show is open 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday through Oct. 29. The public is invited to join in the fun for the formal opening or come see the show throughout the month and vote for their favorite ukulele for the People’s Choice Award.
