HONOLULU (AP) — The Honolulu Police Department and CrimeStoppers are asking the public for help locating witnesses or victims in a recent rash of BB gun shootings.
There have been five incidents in the Wahiawa and Pearl City areas where BB guns have been fired at people, cars and businesses between Sept. 22 and 26. A sixth incident was reported involving dogs.
Police say it is too early to tell if all six cases are related.
CrimeStoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect.
