Only drivers and pedestrians living within the affected area will be allowed access.
The purpose of the closure is to pour concrete for the retaining wall footing, weather and construction conditions permitting. This closure is necessary to complete the installation in a timely manner and for the safety of the traveling public.
Special-duty police officers will be posted at the Manono and Mililani intersections to redirect traffic. Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
