Police say an autopsy conducted Monday determined a man found floating Sunday in waters at Anaehoomalu Bay in Waikoloa died from a medical condition while swimming.
He was identified through fingerprints as 49-year-old Jurgen Essig of Kirchheim unter Teck, Germany.
