Trinidad “Dolly” Pascual Baybayan, 77, of Mountain View died Oct. 5 at home. Born in Napoopoo, she was an accounts clerk for ARC of Hilo. Visitation 9-11 a.m. Friday (Oct. 30) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service/celebration of life at 11 a.m. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Burial at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima section. Survived by son, Glenn (Kathy) Baybayan of Puna; daughters, Dr. Carmen Baybayan, M.D., of Kapolei, Oahu, and Carlyn (Rainer) Werner of Mountain View; brother, Narciso (Ruth) Fernandez of Kona; sisters, Feliza Padilla, Rose Rasay and Ruth (George) Aguiar of Hilo; five granddaughters and five great-granddaughters; nieces and nephews. Angel Macanas, 72, of Pepeekeo died Oct. 16 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Pepeekeo, he was a field supervisor for Royal Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Co., U.S. Army veteran and member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Papaikou. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 28) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at noon at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Isidro Vergara Dameg, 95, of Pahala died Oct. 9 at Ka‘u Hospital. Born in Santa, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was a retired factory worker for the former Ka‘u Agribusiness Co. Private services. Survived by daughter, Felicisima (Raymond) Kamei of Pahala; son, Orlando (Veronica) Dameg of Keaau; stepson, Edward (Maggie) Martinez of Pahala; stepdaughters, Dolores (Chucky) Oliveira of Hilo and Loretta Naboa of Milolii; sister; Fortonata Dameg; 19 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
