Frances Laninbit, 66, of Waimea and Majuro, Marshall Islands, died Oct. 19 at her Hawaii home. Born in Majuro, she was an elementary school and Head Start program principal in the Marshall Islands. All-night vigil at 2 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 29) at Christ Church Episcopal, 81-1004 Konawaena School Road, Kealakekua. Funeral service at 8 a.m. Friday (Oct. 30). Casual attire.
