Geraldine “Jeri” Norman Hughes, 92, of Keaau died July 29 at home. Born in Cleveland, she was a homemaker and mother. Celebration of life at a later date. Floyd Frank Norris, 81, of Hilo died Oct. 11 at home. Born in Cedar City, Utah, he owned Fantasia Jewels and Fantasia Pacific, was retired from ABC Interiors, and was also a former member of Hilo Elks Lodge No. 759 and former 32nd-degree Mason with Kilauea Masonic Lodge.
