Kazue “Aunty Kay” Aoki, 82, of Kealakekua died Nov. 7 at home. Born in Kealakekua, she worked at Orchids of Hawaii at the old Kona Inn Shopping Center, was a retired customer service representative for Parts Center Hawaii, office manager for Aoki Plumbing and member of Akitsu Kumiai and Kona Hongwanji Buddhist Temple. Visitation 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at Kona Hongwanji. Service at 4 p.m. Casual attire; no flowers. Lawrence “Pocho” Shane Deponte, 60, of Kailua-Kona died Sept. 16 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, he was a stone mason, artist, tattoo artist, surfer and body surfer, and member of International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local No. 1 and Hawaii Bricklayers and Tilesetters Local No. 1. Lodybesy “Lody” Ludwig Glory, 81, of Kealakekua died Oct. 25 at his daughter’s home. Born in Honaunau, he was a retired police officer.
