Police are looking for a missing 17-year-old Kailua-Kona girl.

Noelani Coughlin was last seen in Kailua-Kona on Sept. 13. She’s described as “local Caucasian mix,” 5-foot-6, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and long brown hair with blond and green highlights. She has tattoos of vines and dead flowers on one of her thighs.

Coughlin may be in Puna with a 21-year-old man named Austin Deuel, police said.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311. Those who prefer anonymity may call Crime Stoppers at 961-8300.
