Ellen Leilani Shodahl Ho, 75, of Hilo, formerly of Kailua, Oahu, died Nov. 22 at Hospice of Hilo Pohai Malama Facility. Born in Kohala, she was a retiree from Hilo Medical Center and Maluhia Hospital and member of University of Hawaii Sorority Ke Anuenue Alumnae Association. George Lehi Kaikana, 90, of Hilo died Nov. 6 at Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired HECO lineman, member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ke Ola Pono No Na Kupuna, Alu Like and U.S. Army veteran during World War II. David Buren Rainwater, aka David B. Smith, 88, of Keaau died Dec. 1 at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home in Hilo.
