The second annual Deaf Santa Program was held Thursday at Thelma Parker Memorial Library in Waimea. The event included American Sign Language storytelling, skits, songs, crafts and games for deaf, partially deaf and disabled students from Keaau and Waimea elementary schools. It was hosted by the Waimea Elementary school deaf class.
