MERRY CHRISTMAS

The Hawaii Tribune-Herald ohana wants to wish our readers a very merry Christmas and happy holidays. To help spread that message, Keanu the Snowman lent his holiday cheer for a photo shoot Thursday on Coconut Island, despite driving afternoon rains that made his visit to Hawaii a decidedly short one. Keanu’s appearance was made possible with a little Christmas magic from the Tribune-Herald news team and a kind donation of shave ice from Da Hawaiian Brain Freeze Shave Ice and Ice Cream in the Hilo Shopping Center.
