Pierce photo identified

This photo from the Lyman Museum’s John Howard Pierce Photography Collection, No. 08134, was first published in the Saturday, May 2, 2015, edition of the Tribune-Herald. The following people and location were identified thanks to the efforts of the community: From left are Sadawo Akiyama, Earl Ide, Seiji Kita and Man Chong Wong. The photo was taken Jan. 28, 1963, at the Federal Post Office building in Downtown Hilo.
