William Richard Cliff, 75, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 26 in Tahiti. Born in Aurora, Ill., he was a commercial airline pilot, U.S. Navy veteran, member of Rotary Club of Kona Mauka and Kona Hospital Management Board and enjoyed traveling, food and wine. Visitacion “Visi” Oliveros, 88, of Milolii died Jan. 22 at home.
