Hawaii County will observe Older Americans Month with an annual luncheon from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. May 6 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort.

Hawaii County will observe Older Americans Month with an annual luncheon from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. May 6 at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort.

The cost of the luncheon is $25.

The county is accepting nominations until March 18 for outstanding older Americans ages 60 and older who will be honored at the luncheon.

Private air-conditioned buses will provide transportation to the event. Seating is limited to the first 300 who request a ride.
