Hawaii County Civil Defense and Neighborhood Watch will conduct a free CPR and automatic external defibrillator workshop that is open to the public from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at Church on a Sure Foundation in Keaau.
All Neighborhood Watch members are encouraged to attend. Seating is limited to 25 participants.

‘They’re Living Here Already!’
Physicist and computer technologist Charles James Hall will present a talk titled “They’re Living Here Already!” from 1-4:15 p.m. Saturday at Kalani, 12-6860 Kalapana-Kapoho Road in Pahoa.
As a weather observer, Hall says he witnessed extraterrestrials living on military land.

Entrepreneurship lecture March 17
The United Nations Association of the USA Hawaii Island Chapter, in collaboration with the University of Hawaii at Hilo International Student Services and Intercultural Education Program, is sponsoring a free lecture at 7 p.m. March 17 in the Campus Center, Room 301.
The featured speaker is Jerry Calton, UH-Hilo College of Business and Economics professor. Calton will talk about “How Social Entrepreneurship Can Address Global Challenges at the Base of the Development Pyramid.”
