“I am pleased that the AACSB board has concurred with the recommendation of AACSB’s Continuous Improvement Review Committee and decided to continue the accreditation of the UH-Hilo College of Business and Education,” said CoBE dean Krishna Dhir. “I am most grateful to everyone in CoBE for their tireless work and commitment and for the unstinted support of Chancellor (Donald) Straney, the vice chancellors, my fellow deans, directors and division heads throughout my tenure.”
AACSB accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide with less than 5 percent of the world’s 13,000 business programs earning AACSB accreditation.
