William “Billy” Jay Jossy, 30, of Kailua-Kona, died March 8 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Long Beach, Calif., he was a construction industry tradesman. Bernice Mitsuko Kadota, 73, of Mililani, Oahu, formerly of Hilo, died Feb. 17 at Wahiawa General Hospital. Born in Hilo, she was a retired private secretary for County of Hawaii Department of Parks &Recreation. Scattering of ashes at a later date in Hilo. Survived by son, Chadd (Tricia) of Honolulu; daughter, Cori Tamashiro of Mililani; brother, David (Pat) Koga of Hilo; sister, Amy Galano of Wichita, Kans.; three grandchildren; one aunt, one uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
