The following name and location have been identified in this photo thanks to the efforts of the community: The man in this photo is Rupert Imamura. The photo was taken Aug. 27, 1964, a month after he moved to Hilo as the new U.S. Department of Agriculture Farmer’s Home Administration county supervisor at the Federal Building in Downtown Hilo.
