Ronald Mariano Agrigado, 69, of Honolulu, formerly of Hilo, died March 18 at Kuakini Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, he owned a carpentry construction company and was a U.S Army veteran who loved to fish, dive, hunt, cook, and build. Visitation 4-6 p.m. Monday (March 28) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Funeral Service at 6 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. Honolulu visitation 8-10 a.m. Sunday, April 10, at Borthwick Mortuary, Mauna Kea Chapel. Memorial Service at 10 a.m. Private inurnment at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (Punchbowl) in Honolulu at a later date. Gerardo “Gerry” Luczon, 93, of Waimea died Feb. 28 at home. Born in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines, he was a retired industrial painter for Takemoto Painting, pineapple field experiment processor and member of Molokai Filipino Community Club, the Way of Salvation Church and the Sakada group of 1946. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday, April 2, at Mana Christian Church at Kahilu Community Center in Waimea. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Honokaa County Cemetery. Casual attire; flowers welcome. Survived by wife, Mary Luczon of Wamiea; son, Andrew (Era) Luczon of Kahului; daughters, Esther Luczon of Kailua-Kona and Emerlinda (Andres) Ibera of Kalihi, Oahu; sisters, Tomasa (Bernardo) Ursulum and Monica Ulangca of Kalihi; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
