Visitation 4-5 p.m. Friday (April 15) at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary in Honolulu. Memorial service at 5 p.m. Casual attire; no flowers. Survived by wife, Wanda Wung Kohashi of Kaneohe, Oahu; daughters, Kristen Kohashi and Staci Kohashi of Portland, Oregon; sisters, Lois (Mickey) Kohashi-Sinclair of Seattle and Julia (Francis) Zee of Hilo; companion, Gail Hosaka of Kailua, Oahu; nieces and nephews.
