A temporary one-way traffic pattern will be in effect along a portion of Mohouli Street from Monday (May 9) through Wednesday, May 25, weather permitting, to accommodate construction on the extension of Kapiolani Street.
On those dates, traffic will flow only in the makai, or easterly, direction on Mohouli Street between Popolo and Kinoole streets between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Motorists traveling Puna bound on Kapiolani Street will be detoured onto Wailoa Street.
Mohouli Street will be restored to two-way traffic after 6 p.m. each workday.
