Lucinda “Cindy” Joelle Dart Rengulbai, 62, of Waimea died April 28 at home. Born in Laupahoehoe, she was a private home health nurse, had retired from Hale Ho‘ola Hamakua and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Ahahui Kaahumanu-Chapter II, Visayans of Hamakua and Waimea Senior Club. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Saturday (May 21) at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Honokaa. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Papaaloa Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire. Survived by daughters, Felista (Freddy) Sanchez of Waimea and Dana (Jesus Guzman) Rengulbai of Kailua-Kona; son, Lance Rengulbai of Waimea; hanai daughter, Krista (Nickson) Akau-Oscar of Waimea; hanai sons, Arthur (Claire) Akau Jr. of Hilo, Teddy (Shantelle) Akau of Waimea and Jason (Kristen) Akau of Kawaihae; sisters, Jojo (Charles) Labrador and Darlette “Peewee” (Bobby) Miguel of Waimea; grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
