Tirso Piedad Amazona, 84, of Kealakekua died May 6 at Life Care Center of Kona. Born in Baler, Quezon, the Philippines, he was a retired yardman at the former Keauhou Beach Hotel and macadamia nut picker for K. Oue. Visitation 4-5 p.m. Monday (May 23) at Kona Outdoor Circle, 76-6280 Kuakini Hwy., Kailua-Kona. Memorial service at 5 p.m. Dinner to follow. Casual attire; no flowers.
