Survived by wife, Carol Ann Ambrose of Keaau; sons, Lance (Trisha May) Ambrose of Kapaau and Michael (Ricci) Bonahan of Kawaihae; daughters, Elizabeth Ann Ambrose of Keaau and Mely Hennings of California; two grandchildren.
