The Andrews Indians claimed the championship in the Hilo PONY League’s Pinto Division (ages 7-8).
On the team were Bryston Grace, Logan Menke, Teyson Tamiya, Jayson Nakata, Zian Wery, Madi Waiki, Boston Kobayashi, Kaulana Chow, Kaoni Kendrick, Cole Silva, Jaydan Borling Lewi, Kimo Borling-Lewi, Gayne Kobayashi, Cliff Silva, Ben Menke and Desmond Wery.
The Andrews Braves claimed the championship in the Hilo PONY League’s Mustang Division (ages 9-10).
Many of the players on both squads will be selected for All-Star teams to represent Hilo at sectional and state tournaments.
