Police: Technical problems causing 911 outages

The public is advised that technical problems are causing intermittent communication problems with landlines, cellphone service and 911 operations. The service provider is working to correct the problem.

Persons in need of police assistance are advised that if they can’t reach the Police Department by phone, they should report to the nearest police station or flag down a police officer.
