RETURN OF ‘ALALA: RESTORING THE VOICE OF HAWAII’S NATIVE FORESTS

Details: A multimedia, juried art contest in conjunction with the long-anticipated release of the ‘alala, Hawaii’s native crow, back into the wild. Details: Hilo AYSO fall season runs July through November. For ages 4 years old by July 31 and older. You also can register online or print a registration form from www.eayso.org. A benefits briefing is hosted the first Thursday of each month from 9 a.m.-noon, with several other opportunities for veterans and their family members. Contact the center for more information.
