Dayle Rosell Orr, 84, of Kailua-Kona, died June 25 at home. Born in Lynch, Neb., he was retired from Farmers Insurance in Issaquah, Wash., a retired Washington State police officer, firefighter for Boeing Aircraft Co., and U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Korean War.
