A 54-year-old Mountain View woman is scheduled to be arraigned today in connection with a 2009 murder.
Patricia Wong, also known as Patricia Hanoa, was taken into custody June 27 by U.S. Marshals in Las Vegas. Wong was wanted on a grand jury indictment charging her with second-degree murder in the 2009 shooting death of 21-year-old Kaycee Smith.
Wong was brought back to Hilo on Monday and is due in court at 1 p.m. today before Hilo Circuit Judge Glenn Hara.
