On Friday, nonmembers who bring two cans of food per person can visit the Lyman Museum at no charge.
The museum will collect nonperishable food donations (cans of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, soup — basically, anything nutritious in a can) that will be contributed to the Hawaii Food Basket for distribution to people of the community. The free admission to the museum includes a guided tour of the Lyman Mission House at scheduled times.
The museum will be open 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday. For more information call 935-5021.
