Police are seeking the public’s help finding a 22-year-old Waikoloa man they say “may be armed and dangerous.”
Luka Kekoa Mossman is wanted for questioning in connection with several terroristic threatening cases. He’s also sought on bench warrants for three counts of contempt of court.
Mossman is described as 5-foot-8, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Police caution the public not to approach him. Instead, anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 or to contact Detective Walter Ah Mow at 326-4646, ext. 238, or walter.ahmow@hawaiicounty.gov.
